Started off working outside every single day with the assistance of the @_couchto5k app… but did not miss out on the possibility to do it on the treadmill as an alternative tn for the reason that I observed a sus car loitering outside my making 😂😅 any excuse is a good justification lmaooo jk at the very least I ran 😂💪🙌
