Ripped a hole in the butt of these pants doing burpees shortly after this was taken. 😂😂😂 “It was at that moment, she knew she f*cked up” anywayyyy happy to see major results after just our first week @imrocksolid_fitness 🙋🏼♀️😩🙌🏼 can’t wait to see where I’ll be at a couple of months from now… so happy to be back in the gym and doing it right for the first time in a long time apparently (I’m a whole different level and type of sore after our workouts…. so my form must have been awful on my own…. he’s really EVERYTHING I’ve needed to get my body right! Excited to get to the “after” lol this “before” has run its course 😂😂😂)
